Parent + me classes aren’t just for babies! As you and your kiddo grow older, sign up for activities that you both enjoy and get a lot of us. The science tells us that play with our babies and toddlers can increase their vocabulary and lead to more emotionally regulated teens. As a parent myself, I do Tae Kwan Do with my boys and we motivate each other, challenge each other, and see each other learning in real time (something we missed!). When kids see parents learn new skills, it creates future opportunities for them! When parents see their kids learn and grow, especially in this supportive environment, it is not just impactful but FUN!
